BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Company’s governing body is the Board of Directors, which currently comprises 3 members.
The profiles and professional careers of the Company’s Board members reflect the skills necessary for the proper discharge of the responsibilities assigned to them, maintaining a balance between financial and real estate expertise.
The Board of Directors meets at least once a quarter and whenever required for the official approval of any proposed investment opportunities. The operations of the Board of Directors is governed by Article 23 of the Company’s Bylaws.
The Board members shall hold office for a period of 4 years.
Yair holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Tel Aviv and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Yair is currently the CEO of Value Base M&A, an Israeli financial services company with more than 15 years experience in the investment banking and corporate finance sectors. He has also served as the Director of several listed and private companies.
Until recently, Yair served as the CEO of Mietav-DS Fusiones y Adquisiciones, a leading company in the Israeli financial and investment banking sectors.
He began his professional career at McKinsey & Co., in London and New York, advising Fortune 100 companies.
Yair Shahar holds a degree in Industrial Design from Bezalel in Jerusalem. He has held several roles across various high tech corporate and SME businesses. Based in the UK, Yair works across the globe, taking care of business development, sales and product management. With more than 25 years of experience dealing with individual customers as well as large institutions and organisations in both the private and the public sectors. Yair enjoys taking up the challenge of helping customers advance their performance and grow their business.
Ana has extensive experience in the commercial field. Her extensive professional career has ranged from managing accounts for prominent clients in several sectors, especially telecommunications, even the position of general director of an international company in the agricultural industrial sector. Currently, she leads public works operations, implementing technological improvements in infrastructure in the electricity and renewable energy sectors. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the "José Antonio Echeverría" Polytechnic University in Havana.
