BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Company’s governing body is the Board of Directors, which currently comprises 6 members.
The profiles and professional careers of the Company’s Board members reflect the skills necessary for the proper discharge of the responsibilities assigned to them, maintaining a balance between financial and real estate expertise.
The Board of Directors meets at least once a quarter and whenever required for the official approval of any proposed investment opportunities. The operations of the Board of Directors is governed by Article 23 of the Company’s Bylaws.
The Board members shall hold office for a period of 4 years.

Fernando holds a degree in Economics and Business Science from the Complutense University in Madrid and a BA from the Anglia Polytechnic University of Cambridge. He is also MRICS certified (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).
Fernando is an expert in the Spanish real estate market, with extensive experience in the marketing of real estate assets, valuations, real estate due diligence, as well as in the creation and management of market intelligence platforms.
He began his professional career at McKinsey & Co., working at the firm’s offices in Madrid and New York. Subsequently he served as the CEO of Deutsche Bank Credit as the Head of Loans in Spain. He was the founding partner of Taurus Ibérica, a trading company specialising in the sale of properties originating from financial institutions, property developers and individuals.
He is currently the founding partner and CEO of Aura Real Estate Experts, S.L., the leading real estate portfolio valuation company in Spain and Portugal serving overseas investors.

Juan Manuel holds a degree in Business Science and Marketing from CEADE and a Masters in Business Administration from the International San Telmo Institute. He also holds professional qualifications in Urban Planning, Taxation and Real Estate Management.
Juan Manuel has more than twelve years experience in the real estate sector. He served as the CEO of Nuphar Gestión Inmobiliaria (a Spanish company dedicated to real estate development) and Proyconsol (an entity focusing on real estate development, construction, civil engineering and asset management).

Yair holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Tel Aviv and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Yair is currently the CEO of Value Base M&A, an Israeli financial services company with more than 15 years experience in the investment banking and corporate finance sectors. He has also served as the Director of several listed and private companies.
Until recently, Yair served as the CEO of Mietav-DS Fusiones y Adquisiciones, a leading company in the Israeli financial and investment banking sectors.
He began his professional career at McKinsey & Co., in London and New York, advising Fortune 100 companies.
Ido holds a degree in Economics and Business and a Masters in Economics from the University of Tel Aviv.
He currently serves as the CEO of Value Base Ltd, with more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Until recently, he served as the Co-CEO of Meitav-DS, where he supervised the investment management activities and operational functions of that company.
Ido founded Apex Partners in 1993, a company that now has assets under management amounting to approximately $25 billion thanks to organic growth, mergers and acquisitions.

Juan José holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from ICADE and completed his academic training at the London Business School and the University of Stanford.
He started his professional career at Goldman Sachs in London in 1990 and subsequently worked at Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank) where he was responsible for the merger and acquisitions team. In 1997, he joined Telefónica as Director General, responsible for Projects and Partnerships. Between 1997 and 2000, he was the CEO of Antena 3 and between 2000 and 2002, he served as the CEO of Telefónica Media. Similarly, he has served as the Non Executive Director of Onda Cero Radio, Endemol and Pearson Recoletos.
Between 2002 and 2012, Juan José was the Chairman of the listed company Service Point. In 2003, he founded the financial services firm Arcano and served as the Non Executive Chairman between 2005 and 2008 and the Chairman of Arcano Capital between 2006 and 2013. In 2002, he founded Palmera Capital y Servicios, an investment firm where he still serves as the Chairman.
Yeshayau Manne has more than 25 years experience in business development and strategic implementation. Throughout his career he has founded numerous companies in Israel, Spain, Cuba and the Dominican Republic in the IT, telecommunications, energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors. Mr Manne is currently Director of a company in Spain dedicated to the integration of special fibre optic for the energy sector in Latam.
Mr Manne holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ben Gurion University.
